1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and jg222 ("jg222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jg222 website and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any promotional offerings made available through the jg222 platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on jg222. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• jg222 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, jg222 will attempt to notify you using the contact details on your account.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting jg222 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures before the account is closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jg222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jg222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. Transaction processing times and minimum/maximum limits may vary by payment method.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on your jg222 account, unless otherwise approved by jg222's compliance team.

Deposits and withdrawals that appear inconsistent with your stated source of funds or normal account activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence. Any player who refuses to cooperate with jg222's AML procedures may have their account suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jg222 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all jg222 bonuses unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jg222 platform. jg222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or recover any funds associated with that conduct.

• Registering more than one account on jg222, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited. All accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed without payment of any balances.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage on the jg222 platform is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing card information in live dealer games or coordinating betting to manipulate game outcomes — is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions on the jg222 platform for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through a platform error will be deemed void and may be reclaimed by jg222.
• Any form of money laundering, using jg222 as a vehicle to process the proceeds of crime, or any activity that jg222 reasonably suspects constitutes financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jg222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall layout — is the property of jg222 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the jg222 platform without prior written consent.

Game titles, provider names, and game content are the intellectual property of the respective game developers and providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are used by jg222 under licence. 8. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jg222 reserves the right to retain any funds in your account that are reasonably attributable to the breach, including bonus winnings derived from fraudulent activity. Any legitimate balance not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned to you through your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending verification procedures.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jg222 platform, you agree to contact jg222 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jg222 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
